Mechanical design engineer since 2018, with experience across satellite systems, hydrogen energy, electromechanical actuators, and aerospace manufacturing. Daily-driver CAD in both SolidWorks and Siemens NX, with PLM experience in Teamcenter and SolidWorks PDM Professional.

Core work is clean-sheet mechanical design, from hand calcs and FEA through detailed modeling, GD&T per ASME Y14.5, and drawing packages to Y14.100. Experienced with DFM/DFA-driven simplification, first article builds, and project management from concept through vendor delivery. Analysis and calculation tooling built in Mathcad Prime, MATLAB, and Python.

Familiar with AS9100 processes, ITAR constraints, SMC-S-016 testing, clean room practices, common aerospace fabrication and manufacturing processes, additive manufacturing, ESD safety, FOD prevention, and mil-spec/NAS/AN fastener standards.
